The CMS Cepcor project in Coalville, Leicestershire, brings a multi-storey office frontage alongside a substantial industrial building. Aluminium window bands run between light-coloured cladding panels, with darker frames defining the individual openings.
Office glazing continues around the corner
The window lines turn the corner rather than ending at the main frontage. Glazing at ground level follows the same arrangement, giving the offices a consistent treatment across the elevations while the adjoining production and storage accommodation retains its industrial scale.
